We offer Oranje Furniture Care's ‘All In House’ 5-year service programme on all our upholstered seating furniture. All In House is a unique service to keep your new furniture in top condition, and enjoy your furniture worry-free for years to come. Not only does the impregnated coating keep your seating much more beautiful, the service offers a whopping five-year guarantee against stains and structural damage.

The service is only offered when purchasing a new piece of seating in combination with the appropriate care kit packaging unit. Both newly ordered seating, as well as most in-store purchased showroom furniture that is ‘like new’. Ask ’t the sales staff and they will check if the service is offered for the particular showroom furniture. The All In House service and the furniture should be on one order confirmation. If necessary, you can add the All In House service to your order before your newly ordered furniture is delivered to your home, so that they can still be delivered together. Keep the order, invoice and delivery confirmation of the furniture in a safe place, this, together with the All In House service certificate, is your certificate of guarantee for the five-year service period.

The care kits include:
An impregnation protector
A cleaning agent
Cleaning cloth(s) from package ‘Straight Sofa/‘ Sofa (For package ‘armchair’ use own cloth).

Upon delivery of your new piece of furniture, you will receive the high-quality care kit with instructions for easy and quick protection and care of your upholstery. Spray the furniture directly with the textile or leather impregnation protector before using it. The product is water-based and odourless. While spraying the furniture, keep about 40 centimetres away from the material. The furniture should then dry for about 5 to 6 hours.

Should a calamity occur on the furniture during the 5-year service period, the All In House Customer Care Team will be there for you. If a stain occurs, first try to carefully remove it yourself with the Cleantex cleaner supplied. Does this not work? Then place a service report with the All In House Customer Care team within 3 days of the stain or problem occurring. A professional furniture specialist will then come to your home to rectify the problem.

Together with your new seating, order the right All In House packaging unit for the right material of your seating: textile, open leather or covered leather. Eco and microleather are included in textiles. Select from the following packaging units above:

All In House Hocker/ Armchair/ 2 dining chairs:
This set is suitable for 1 Hocker or Footstool, 1 Armchair with a maximum width of 125 cm or for 2 dining chairs. Are you ordering two armchairs or hockers? Then you will need two sets.

All In House Recliner:
This set is suitable for 1 armchair that is electronically adjustable.

All In House Straight sofa / 5-8 dining chairs:
This set is suitable for 1 straight sofa with a maximum length of 270 cm or for 5-8 dining chairs.

All In House Corner Sofa/ Lounge Sofa:
This set is suitable for a sofa with Chaise Longue or a corner sofa with a maximum total length of 450 cm.

All In House Corner Sofa XL:
This set is suitable for a large corner sofa or a U-shaped arrangement with a maximum total length of 720 cm.

- Burn holes and burn marks

Overview of construction problems covered by the 5-year construction service warranty:
- Removal of pilling from textiles
- Stretching the upholstery if it has become excessively wrinkled or creased
- Reinforcing and/or filling fixed seats if they have started to sag excessively
- Tightening of girth straps
- Repair or replacement of nosag springs, inner springs
- Repairing loose stitching
- Strengthening and/or padding of loose cushions
- Removing squeaks and creaks
- Securing loose connections
- Fixing loose knots
- Repair or replacement of broken battens
- Fixing loose spring clips
- Repair or replacement of electrical parts such as motors, transformers, batteries, etc.
- Repair of operating mechanisms

Please note: Be aware that most seating furniture manufacturers no longer provide a guarantee on a defect in the quality of the fabric, after treating it with an impregnating agent. The impregnating agent actually makes fabrics firmer and allowing them to stay nicer with the extra coating, however, most manufacturers exclude any risk that an impregnating agent could affect the fabric. Check for defects after your seating is out of its plastic packaging and before impregnating it.

Excluded from service:
- Furniture that has been used improperly, such as in cases of fault/intent and violence;
- Product-specific features such as normal wear and tear and signs of use;
- Furniture for project use and/or commercial purposes.
